These terms apply to your use of syott.co and the pages and services on it (the "website"), which Syott Limited ("Syott", "we", "us") operates. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website.

1. Who we are

Syott Limited is a company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 808411). Our registered office is at Unit 3D North Point House, North Point Business Park, New Mallow Road, Cork, T23 AT2P, Ireland. You can contact us at legal@syott.co.

2. Our products are covered by separate agreements

The website describes Syott HR, Syott Recruit and Syott Company OS. These products are currently offered in a private beta, and access to them is governed by a separate written agreement between Syott and the customer, not by these terms. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement prevails.

Information on the website about features, integrations, security, availability and prices is general information. It may change, it isn't an offer that can be accepted, and it doesn't form part of any agreement unless that agreement says so. Prices shown on the website may not include taxes; the price you pay is the one set out in your agreement.

3. Using the website

You may browse the website, share links to it and use its content for your own information or for your organisation's internal purposes. You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or our data, or test them for vulnerabilities except as allowed by our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;
  • disrupt or overload the website, or get around rate limits, bot protection or other security measures;
  • use automated tools to copy content in bulk or to submit forms;
  • send spam, malicious code, false information, or other people's personal data without their permission; or
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with anyone.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or to a feature such as a form, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, design, software and the Syott name and logo, belong to Syott or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as section 3 allows, you may not copy, adapt, republish or commercially use our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

5. What you send us

When you submit a form or write to us, make sure the information is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. If you send us ideas or feedback about Syott, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to websites and services run by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but we don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. Articles and other content on the website are general information, not legal, HR, tax or other professional advice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that can't be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you use the website as a consumer, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. These terms don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you use the website for business purposes, then, to the extent the law allows: we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and terms; we're not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website; and our total liability to you in connection with your use of the website is limited to €100. This section doesn't apply to agreements for our products, which contain their own terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the website is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

10. Governing law and courts

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country and can also bring proceedings in its courts.

11. General

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are published in English, Portuguese, German and French; if the versions conflict, the English version prevails unless the law requires otherwise.
