Subprocessors

Syott Limited ("Syott") uses a small number of service providers to run its website and the Syott platform. This page lists the providers that process personal data on our behalf, what they do and where they process it.

It has two parts:

  • Website — providers that help us run syott.co. For this data, Syott is the controller; see our Privacy Policy.
  • Syott platform — providers involved in delivering Syott HR, Syott Recruit and Syott Company OS. For customer data in the platform, our customers are the controllers, Syott is their processor, and these providers are our subprocessors.

Website

Provider What they do Where data is processed
Amazon Web Services Hosts the website, delivers its pages and files, and hosts the systems that store form submissions Ireland (EU); pages and files are delivered from AWS locations close to you
Cloudflare Provides DNS for syott.co, protects our forms with Turnstile, and protects the API that receives form submissions Cloudflare's global network, at the location closest to you
PostHog Analytics and session recordings (optional) Germany (EU)
Dash0 Server performance monitoring, and browser performance monitoring (optional) Ireland (EU)

Optional tools only run as described in our Cookie Policy. Microsoft and Cloudflare also use some of this data for their own purposes under their own privacy terms: Microsoft for Clarity, and Cloudflare to improve Turnstile.

Syott platform

Provider What they do Where data is processed
Amazon Web Services Cloud infrastructure for the platform: computing, databases, file storage, encryption keys and transactional email (Amazon SES) Ireland (EU)
Cloudflare DNS and network security for the Syott API, including encryption in transit and protection against attacks Cloudflare's global network, at the location closest to the user
Stripe Subscription billing and payment processing for Syott customers EU and United States

Video meetings and chat in the platform run on software we host ourselves on Amazon Web Services.

Integrations you connect

If a customer connects Syott to another service, such as a calendar, messaging, e-signature or HR system, data is exchanged with that service on the customer's instructions and under the customer's own agreement with its provider. Those services aren't Syott subprocessors.

Changes to this list

We update this page when we add or replace a provider. Customers are notified of changes to platform subprocessors as set out in their agreement with us. Questions: privacy@syott.co.
